It's back-to-school time, which means it's back-to-competition time too! There are some changes going on here in Washington state cheer. For those of you competing, please make sure you're up on the changes.
New categories have been added this year. The WIAA has approved these categories for high school cheer, which means they will be available for Rec cheer as well. There will be a new Game Day category, focusing on sideline skills, and a new Stomp category focusing on a fun rhythmic offshoot of drill.
